Self-Esteem
Low self-esteem often appears as intense self-criticism, insecurity and difficulty recognizing achievements. It can also affect decision-making and the way a person relates to others.
Therapy works on limiting beliefs, relational history and patterns of self-demand in order to build a more compassionate and realistic internal view.
Strengthening self-esteem does not mean perfection; it means developing confidence to sustain decisions, protect boundaries and move forward with greater personal coherence.
