Illustration about anxiety

Anxiety often appears as a constant alarm: racing thoughts, difficulty resting and the feeling of being unable to disconnect. In therapy, the work is to understand what activates it and how it affects daily life.

The process includes tools to regulate symptoms, organize routines and improve the relationship with the body and emotions. Internal demands, fear of mistakes and catastrophic anticipation are also explored.

The goal is not to eliminate all anxiety, but to learn how to manage it in order to recover clarity, well-being and decision-making capacity.
